来週末に一杯のスープをつくる時間が行われます。
本日は畑の仕入れ前に準備のため木工作家の有城さんと雨の山の中へ。

間伐のボランティアの川合さんにも一緒に歩いて頂きました。

まずは、こんな場所を歩きます。

5年前の1回目の会はこの奥の斜面を間伐して頂きました。

急な場所も歩きます。

今回の間伐場所。

山と水の関係を実感できると思います。
・
この回は中伊豆、天城のみなさんにお世話になります。
山葵生産者、鹿を解体して頂く方、などなど様々な方とのお話しもお楽しみ頂けるかと思います。
